QA Tester
You will take ownership of the engineering QA function, conducting manual QA reviews, onboarding new tools to improve efficiency, and serving as the release manager. This role is hands-on, and you will work cross-functionally with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality before they are released to the market. You will write detailed test plans from feature requirements, apply best software development practices, and develop quality test cases.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases for software products
- Identify and report defects in software products
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand software requirements and designs
- Design and develop automated tests for software products
- Review and provide feedback on software design specifications and documentation
- Ensure that software products comply with international quality standards and regulations
- Perform manual and automated testing of software products
- Provide clear and concise reports on software quality to stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and defect reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and release processes
