QA Tester / Test Analyst (Banking Digital Platforms)
Summary
QA Tester for digital banking platforms, responsible for manual and automated testing, test planning, and defect tracking using tools like Jira and Selenium. Open to fresh graduates with a willingness to learn.
Salary: $3,700 – $5,500 per month
📍 Location: Changi Business Park
📅 Contract: 12 months (renewal or conversion subject to business needs and performance)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive test scenarios covering positive, negative, edge cases, error handling and end-to-end workflows.
Prepare test plans, test strategies, timelines and expected test results for front-end and back-end systems.
Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure system functionality and quality.
Plan and request the necessary test data and devices for testing activities.
Identify, document and track defects, working closely with business users, technology teams and developers to resolve issues before launch.
Monitor and report testing progress, including test cases executed, passed, failed and outstanding defects.
Ensure compliance with established testing processes, procedures and quality standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Training and learning opportunities are available.
Interest in software testing, quality assurance and digital banking platforms.
Knowledge or experience in manual testing, automation testing, UAT or defect tracking is an advantage.
Familiarity with Jira and Selenium is preferred.
Experience in mobile or internet banking testing will be an added advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and collaborate with different stakeholders to deliver quality systems.
