Responsibilities:
- Train new hires and conduct cross-training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding across different areas.
- Manage bottom quartile performance by identifying training needs and providing targeted education.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Inpatient, Outpatient, Transplant, Surgery, Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Emergency, and OB-GYN.
Requirements:
- 5 years in Coding, Auditing, Training at E/M OP and Inpatient with subspeciality coding to Inpatient
