QAQC manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures, and Method Statements.
• Establish and maintain QA/QC procedures in accordance with project specifications, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and other quality personnel.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with consultants, clients, authorities, subcontractors, and testing laboratories.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are inspected and approved before installation or use.
• Review material certificates, test reports, inspection records, and other quality documentation.
• Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), observations, and corrective/preventive actions.
