QC Assistant

This role is only available to Sony UK Technology Centre employees.

Overview

Support the Quality Department with product inspection and on Raspberry Pi products and manufacturing systems. The successful applicant will need to be a flexible team player to learn new skills. They will have the confidence to be in the ‘final line of defense’, in our role to ensure all products reach our customers in exceptional working order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection of various Raspberry Pi Products
• Feedback quality result if required

Person Specification:

Essential

• Ability to use electrical test equipment after training.
• Commitment to quality for customers benefit
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions
• Good communicator
• Computer Literate

Desirable

• Good aptitude for complex and technical work, although training will be provided
• Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
• Able to achieve targets and deadlines
