QC Biochemist

• ELISA
• Cell Passage
• BCA
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot equipment-related issues
• Ability to work in a high through-put lab setting with repetitive tasks such as pipetting skills
• Gain cell biology skills such as cell counting, and cell banking is a plus
• Gain experience with Cell based Bioassay methods and Cell Cultures
• May be required to provide 24 hour cell coverage, as necessary

• Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Laboratory experience in GMP QC Laboratory environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• Position is Monday-Friday, 8-5. Overtime as needed
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs
