QC executive Ladies Wear Garments
Job Summary
The QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that ladies wear garments meet
company and buyer quality standards through in-line, end-line, and final
inspections. The role involves monitoring production quality, identifying
defects, and coordinating corrective actions to achieve quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-line, end-line, and final garment inspections.
- Monitor garment quality throughout the production process.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Verify measurements, workmanship, appearance, and packing
quality.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and
specifications.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce defects and rework.
- Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain records.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support quality audits and buyer inspections.
- Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of ladies wear garment quality standards.
- Knowledge of AQL inspection procedures.
- Understanding of garment construction, measurements, and
workmanship.
- Ability to identify sewing, finishing, and packing defects.
- Proficiency in quality reporting and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
