QC & Hygiene Engineer Specialist.

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining high hygiene and quality standards across the factory, ensuring compliance with GMP and QA requirements, and preventing microbiological contamination and foreign object hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor factory hygiene and ensure compliance with QA and GMP standards.
* Conduct daily pre-operational checks to identify hygiene and foreign object hazards.
* Monitor employees’ personal hygiene and GMP compliance.
* Ensure production areas are clean and safe for operation.
* Inspect and release production areas after maintenance activities.
* Maintain hygiene and quality records and submit required reports.
* Train and guide employees on hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices.
* Report and follow up on hygiene and quality non-conformities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in QC, Hygiene, or Food Safety, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
* Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
* Strong observation and communication skills.
