Summary
Inspects and verifies incoming/outgoing module kits for quantity, condition, and compliance with quality standards in a warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing module kits to ensure the correct quantity, part numbers and product condition.
- Identify and report any damaged, missing or non-conforming parts.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts and reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify delivery orders, packing lists and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange pick-ups and deliveries.
- Work closely with QC, Production and Logistics teams to support urgent delivery requests.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment following 5S practices.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage and tracking of inventory.
Requirements
- IT savvy and comfortable using inventory systems.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
