Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using a low-power microscope.
Conduct measurements using Measuring Scope/SmartScope/Digital Indicator/Guages
Verify that products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports, check sheets, or quality systems.
Identify non-conforming products and report issues to the supervisor.
Support root cause analysis, corrective actions and work with production to resolve quality issues.
Maintain documentation of inspection records and ensure equipment.
