QC Inspector

Summary

Performs in-process and final inspections of manufactured products, documents defects, maintains calibration tools, and prepares quality documentation in a cleanroom environment with rotating 12-hour shifts.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting materials and products, identifying quality issues, documenting inspection results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-process inspections and audits.
  • Perform final audits and photograph finished goods (FGs).
  • Calibrate and maintain torque wrenches.
  • Review internal non-conformities before raising NCs in Oracle.
  • Sort, review, and scan binder documents into the Quality Server.
  • Prepare FAI documentation for customer portal submission.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Technical Certificate / Nitec (Preferably in mechanical engineering)
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in QC inspection.
  • Attention to detail to catch defects.
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical documents/ drawings, and manuals.
  • Willing to work in cleanroom environment with shift (12 hours shift - 8pm to 8am and vice versa)
