QC Inspector | Marsiling | Up to $2100

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily in-process and outgoing quality inspections.
• Identify defects and raise NCMR when required.
• Conduct product audits before shipment.
• Operate measuring and inspection equipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Accept or reject products based on quality requirements.
• Stop production or hold shipments when serious quality issues are found.
• Follow GMP, quality procedures, 5S and work instructions.

Requirements:

• GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• QC or manufacturing inspection experience is preferred.
• Familiar with CMM, Smart Scope, callipers, micrometres and dial indicators.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow quality procedures.
