QC Inspector-Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of mechanical installation and construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect mechanical equipment, piping systems, valves, and related installations.
• Monitor site activities and identify, report, and follow up on quality issues and non-conformities.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and other QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with project requirements, applicable codes, and Oil & Gas industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of total experience as a Mechanical Inspector,
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiar with mechanical inspections, QA/QC procedures, piping systems, mechanical equipment, and construction quality standards.
• Knowledge of inspection documentation, engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable industry codes and standards.
