The Job
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications across multiple platforms and browsers.
- Document, track, and report bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Participate in requirements review and test case review meetings.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand features and improvements.
- Identify, record, and track defects thoroughly and accurately.
- Contribute to maintaining test documentation including test plans, test cases, and user guides.
- Support regression testing, functional testing, and UI testing as required.
- Learn and follow the company’s QA process and best practices.
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
· Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance.
· Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
· Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test case management (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is a plus.
· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or any programming language is a plus.
- Prior experience with internships or coursework related to software QA is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of API testing and familiarity with tools like Postman is a strong plus.
- Basic understanding of Database and SQL queries for data verification.
- Familiarity with AI desktop workspaces (e.g., Cursor, Codex, ...) is a bonus.
