Adventure Ready Brands is looking for a curious, analytical QC Lab Analyst I who is ready to learn, make an impact, and grow with a growing company.
This is an early-career opportunity for someone with little to no laboratory experience or relevant education who is excited to apply what they’ve learned in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You’ll play an important role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our raw materials, batches, and finished products while developing your technical expertise alongside our Quality team.
What You’ll Do
- Perform analytical and microbiological testing of raw materials, bulk batches, finished goods, and environmental/production samples.
- Test and release applicable raw materials and bulk batches in accordance with approved methods and specifications.
- Complete finished goods and stability testing.
- Prepare and ship samples for outside analytical and microbiological testing.
- Prepare and execute laboratory methods using approved procedures and analytical equipment.
- Document testing and results accurately and maintain compliance with SOPs, GLPs, and quality requirements.
- Identify and communicate unexpected results, testing issues, or potential quality concerns.
- Support development, validation, and implementation of new testing methods and analytical equipment.
- Assist with maintaining laboratory equipment, supplies, and chemical standards.
- Partner with Quality and Manufacturing teams to provide technical support and help resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in SOP training, laboratory training, and continuous improvement activities.
- Complete required orientation, cGMP, GDP, data integrity, safety, and laboratory training.
- Basic mathematical competency, including decimals; fractions; percentages; ratios; unit conversions; and basic dilution calculations.
