Job Responsibilities

At Trafilea, quality isn’t something we check after the fact. It has to be protected before products leave the factory.

We’re looking for a Quality Control Specialist to ensure our products meet defined quality standards throughout production and before shipment.

You’ll own critical inspections, identify issues early, maintain accurate reporting, and work directly with factories and the QC team to make sure quality problems are caught before they become customer problems.

• Perform 100% of in-line and final inspections per SOP; supervise container loading when required.

• Submit in-line/final inspection reports on time (weekly, or within 24h for critical issues).

• Provide container loading reports and weekly audit schedule reports.

• Upload all audit/inspection reports into shared systems.

• Escalate critical production issues to the QC Manager immediately.

• Flag improper audit procedures and support continuous improvement of QC standards.

• Manage inspection schedules with Tianpai & YiBang factories.

• Ensure factories provide required tools and approved samples before inspections.

• Sign inspection reports with factory representatives.

• 5–10 years of experience in quality checking within manufacturing.

• Basic English reading/writing.

• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

• Strong knowledge of QC processes and SOPs.

• Attention to detail, discipline, and responsibility.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
