QC Supervisor (LIMS Specialist)

About the role
We are looking for a QC Supervisor to join a multinational laboratory in the pharmaceutical sector located in the province of Girona.
What you'll do
-Management of laboratory parameters, supervising the correct creation, configuration, and updating of quality specifications, test methods, analytical tests, and sampling plans in LIMS and SAP.
-Ensuring the standardization, homogenization, and consistency of all quality information in the computer systems under GMP regulatory standards.
-Directing, coordinating, and providing support in decision-making to the work teams under their coordination.
-Identifying and addressing the needs of the team, actively collaborating in their training and development.
-Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in quality workflows, proposing and implementing solutions that optimize operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
What we're looking for
Education: University Degree and Master's in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, or similar).
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector in Quality departments (QA / QC).
Leadership: Previous experience in the coordination or supervision of teams.
Consolidated experience in a LIMS / Quality Control laboratory environment.
Knowledge or handling of SAP (QM module / production processes) or the ability to quickly assimilate the technical aspects.
Proficiency and regular work under GMP regulations.
