【Responsibilities】
➢ Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local EHS regulations,
implementing safety and environmental procedures to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory working environment.

➢ Conduct regular safety short talks to reinforce safety awareness and promote a strong safety culture within the team.

➢ Perform chemical and physical analyses of CMP-related samples in accordance with established SOPs, covering raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and customer-submitted samples.

➢ Conduct wet chemical and conventional chemical analyses to verify product
composition, quality, and specification compliance.

➢ Operate, maintain, calibrate, and ensure traceability of analytical instruments to support accurate and reliable test results.

➢ Maintain the proper operation and environmental conditions of analytical laboratories and testing facilities.

➢ Implement quality assurance programs and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and
consistency of laboratory test results.

➢ Supervise and provide technical guidance to QC personnel, including newly hired and trainee staff, ensuring proper execution of analytical procedures and compliance with SOPs.

➢ Support analytical engineers in testing, troubleshooting, and quality-related activities.

➢ Lead and execute assigned laboratory and quality-related projects, coordinating
resources and ensuring timely completion.

➢ Support the investigation and handling of analytical abnormalities, including verification of test results and coordination of follow-up actions.

➢ Serve as a backup for analytical team members during leave periods, supporting routine testing activities and assisting with the investigation and resolution of analytical abnormalities.
