LMG is seeking a QC Tech 1 Audio to support the preparation, testing, tracking, and movement of professional audio equipment used in concerts, conventions, meetings, and live events around the world. This role plays a critical part in ensuring audio systems are properly staged, tested, documented, and returned with accuracy to support flawless event execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a QC Tech 1 Audio, you will support warehouse audio operations by preparing, testing, documenting, and tracking professional audio systems for live event productions.
• Audio Inventory Handling – Check audio equipment in and out of inventory, return products accurately, and support warehouse operations
• Pulling, Staging & Testing Gear – Pull, stage, set up, test, and prepare audio equipment for shipment while ensuring all gear meets quality standards prior to deployment
• Order Accuracy & Documentation – Review reservations, contracts, pull lists, and quotes to identify required serial and non-serial equipment and maintain accurate order documentation
• Manifesting & Asset Tracking – Record and verify inventory information including scanning, manifesting, asset tagging, and database updates to ensure accurate equipment tracking
• Cross Rentals & Returns – Receive cross-rented equipment, assign items to correct orders, and ensure accurate tracking through return and completion
• Quality Control & Inspection – Visually inspect equipment for cosmetic or functional issues, report repair needs, and complete routine cleaning, labeling, and minor cosmetic repairs
• Warehouse Coordination – Serve as a liaison between warehouse teams and discipline-specific departments to ensure order accuracy and complete equipment returns
• Operational Support – Assist with general warehouse functions including loading, unloading, and maintaining organized inventory workflows
What We’re Looking For
• Intermediate knowledge of professional audio equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order paperwork accurately
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working in warehouse environments, including loading and unloading equipment
• Experience with inventory systems, asset tracking, or warehouse workflows preferred
• Live events, AV, or production industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
