QC Technician (MNC / 5 Days / Up to $2,500 / AWS + Performance Bonus / Tuas / Company Transport Provided)

Job Description:

  • Position: QC Technician
  • Well Established US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC
  • 5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500
  • Entitled to AWS + Variable Performance Bonuses
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Company Transport Provided in Jurong Area
  • Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Conduct visual, dimensional, and basic product testing according to specifications.
  • Record inspection results and maintain accurate QC documentation.
  • Identify and report defective or non-conforming products to the relevant team.
  • Work closely with Production to resolve quality issues and maintain product standards.
  • Assist with sampling inspections, quality investigations, and audits when required.
  • Ensure QC equipment and inspection areas are properly maintained.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
  • Comfortable using basic measuring and inspection tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately.
