QC Welding Inspector

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QC Welding Inspector to join our QA/QC team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure all welding activities meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations, contributing to the success and safety of our projects. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough inspections of welding processes to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards. - Review welding procedures and documentation to verify adherence to project requirements. - Collaborate with engineers and welders to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and other quality assurance techniques as required. - Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspection activities. - Ensure welding operations comply with safety and environmental regulations. - Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as a Welding Inspector in the mechanical engineering sector. - Strong knowledge of welding processes, codes, and standards such as AWS, ASME, or equivalent. - Certification in welding inspection (e.g., CWI / NDT level- 3 Certifications) is highly desirable. - Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment. - Willingness to relocate to Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
