QC WELDING INSPECTOR / QC MANAGER

We have urgent requirement for Saudi Arabia

Position - 1) QC WELDING INSPECTOR

JD- Certified CSWIP 3.1 / Certified ASNT -II (RT,PT,MT,UT) / Aramco Approved / CBT qualified

BE / B.Tech -Mechanical with minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas construction industry

or

Diploma - mechanical with minimum 8 years of experience in the oil and gas construction industry.

2) QC Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Piping Engineering. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Industrial Construction projects. Aramco previously approved QC Manager preferred.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a QC Manager on ARAMCO projects. Proven experience in cross-country pipelines, plant piping, utility networks, and associated civil/mechanical works. Aramco CBT/approval is highly preferred where applicable.

Strong experience in Saudi Aramco projects is mandatory, depending on the project.
Experience managing multidisciplinary QA/QC teams and subcontractors.
Experience with Aramco standards, specifications, SATIP, SAIC, QCP, ITP, RFI, MIR, NCR and inspection

Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), Materials System Specifications (SAMSS), Construction Safety Manual (CSM), and applicable international codes and standards.
Ability to review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, Quality Plans, Inspection Requests, Material Submittals and QA/QC documentation.
Experience in managing NCRs, corrective/preventive actions, quality audits and punch-list clearance.
Coordinate with Aramco inspectors, third-party inspectors, Project Management Teams and client representatives.
Knowledge of material inspection, welding/NDT, civil works, mechanical works, electrical works and commissioning as applicable to the project.
Strong understanding of document control and quality records / handover dossiers.
