As a QE Automation Engineer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software innovation and engineering excellence within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your technical acumen and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations, while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring teams to enhance their skills in software engineering and product innovation
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across platforms
- Utilizing application lifecycle management tools to streamline software development processes
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to improve software quality
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to optimize software deployment
- Addressing and resolving software issues through effective debugging and troubleshooting techniques
- Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and embracing change to enhance project outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Domain - Banking & Insurance, Pharma & Healthcare, Telecom, Media & Technology.
-Playwright with MCP; Tosca, Jav, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript for Playwright, Karate and/or REST Assured, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent, Git / GitHub / Bitbucket

-SQL, Debugging & Analysis, Test Management, AWS, Azure or GCP

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Developing solutions with Java, Python, and C++ programming languages
- Managing enterprise application architecture and integration projects
- Excelling in coaching and mentoring junior staff in software development
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution for client engagements
