QES Auditor

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our customers, delivering high‑quality audit services across Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
As a Service Responsible, you will act as the subject-matter and technical owner for assigned services, ensuring consistent standards interpretation, supporting complex issue resolution, and driving continuous improvement of audit practices and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform third‑party audits in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Act as Service Responsible by serving as a subject-matter expert and technical owner for the assigned services
- Evaluate management systems to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
- Identify risks, non‑conformities, and improvement opportunities, providing clear and value‑adding feedback
- Prepare and deliver professional audit reports in accordance with DNV and accreditation requirements
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as a credible advisor
- Ensure compliance with DNV procedures, accreditation rules, and ethical standards

- Proven experience in auditing or managing QES management systems
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Certified Lead Auditor (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, with a strong service mindset
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, independence, and professionalism
- Willingness to travel as required
