Role Title: QHSE Engineer
Role Type: Outsourced Temporary Full Time OnSite
Contract Period: 6 Months (Temporary Contract)
Work Location: Dubai UAE
Expected Start Date: September 1st 2024
Monthly Salary range: AED 8000
Role Summary: The purpose of the role is to: Supervise and support QHSE team in the Projects LOB
Requirements:
- Engineering bachelors degree
- Min 24 years of experience in the HSE Construction field.
- Very good verbal and written skills (English)
- Holds certificates of Specialist training OSHA IOSH (NEBOSH IGC is a plus).
- Good communication decision making teamwork and presentation skills.
- Good computer skills; Experience with Microsoft office Excel and PowerPoint.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement clients HSE Management systems.
- Conduct daily inspections and safety walks to send feedback to HSE manager department managers on improvements identified to reduce risk in the designated facilities.
- Conduct HSE training to raise the capabilities of team.
- Oversee all site construction and other relevant activities.
5. Prepare regular risk assessments throughout the required facilities.
6. Prepare and Ensure all HSE reports are submitted on time as per the required deadlines.
7. Monitor all personal in the workplace on safety rules implementation
- Ensure the implementation of the work permit system.
- Inspect all manual handling working at heights electrical tools and any relatedon site tools are in working condition and up to standards.
- Follow up all contractors work and permits.
11. Participate on Accident/Incident and Nearmiss investigations and prepare relevant reports.
- Track environmental metrics and waste segregation and disposal.
- Communicate and liaise with governmental bodies and local authorities to ensure HSE compliance with national regulations.
- Complete all Project related documents and ensure the implementation and compliance on site.
