QHSE Supervisor

The QHSE Supervisor at School Transport Services LLC (STS) will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of QHSE Inspectors and supporting the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS). The role serves as a key operational link between QHSE Officers and Inspectors, ensuring that policies, inspections, audits, and improvement initiatives are consistently executed across all service areas. The Supervisor is expected to guide the team, uphold standards, and monitor compliance to promote a proactive culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.

- Diploma or Bachelors Degree - NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory); ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 internal auditor certification preferred. - Sound knowledge of QHSE regulations, IMS principles, and Transport-related safety requirements. - Proven leadership capability with strong interpersonal and team coordination skills. - Good command of MS Office and QHSE reporting tools. - Ability to handle field pressure, incidents, and regulatory inspections. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in QHSE operations, preferably within the transport or technical service industry. - Experience managing field staff or acting in a supervisory role within a QHSE structure. - Exposure to operational risk assessments, incident reporting, and inspection protocols.
