QI- HEDIS Specialist II
Risk Adjustment. Responsible for developing, organizing, collecting, coordinating, preparing and presenting results of quality improvement- HEDIS studies and projects activities to monitor, evaluate and continuously improve the quality of healthcare services provided to members.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Compensation: $33-$38, salary based on experience
Qualifications:
- MS applications knowledge (spreadsheets)
- Active CA RN license
- 3+ years clinical experience
- 2+ years’ experience with NCQA, HEDIS or QA/QI
- BA in Public Health or related field
- Medical Record Retrieval and Review
- Comfortable with Member Outreach
- Professional writing and verbal abilities as summaries and presentations of findings to medical director are required.
