企業永續發展資深經理 Senior Manager, Sustainability & ESG Reporting

職務目的｜Position Purpose
負責明門集團 ESG 資訊整合、永續報告及相關專案之規劃與推動。與各地 CSRC 及相關功能單位密切合作，理解並整合各項 ESG initiatives、績效與數據，轉化為清楚、一致且具可信度的永續資訊與揭露內容。
此職務將擔任集團永續報告之主要負責人與撰稿人，並因應集團未來發展及客戶需求，協助建立品牌層級之 ESG 資訊與報告架構。需具備高度獨立思考、判斷及跨部門協調能力，能辨識重要 ESG 議題、資訊缺口及潛在風險，並提出具體建議。
Position Purpose
Serve as the primary owner and lead writer of the Group’s sustainability reporting, working closely with CSRC teams and relevant functions to understand, consolidate, and translate ESG initiatives, performance, and data into clear, consistent, and credible sustainability disclosures.
The role will also support the development of brand-level ESG reporting in response to evolving business, customer, and stakeholder expectations. This position requires strong independent judgment, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination, with the ability to identify material ESG issues, information gaps, and potential risks and provide practical recommendations.

職務內容｜Key Responsibilities
1. 永續報告與資訊揭露
主導集團永續報告之規劃、內容架構、資料整合及撰稿，確保報告內容之準確性、一致性、完整性及可讀性，並符合相關國際揭露標準。
Lead Sustainability Reporting
Own the planning, content structure, data integration, and drafting of the Group’s sustainability report, ensuring accuracy, consistency, completeness, readability, and alignment with applicable reporting standards.
2. CSRC 與跨部門協作
與各地 CSRC 及 EHS、HR、Finance、Legal、Supply Chain、品牌等相關單位合作，掌握 ESG initiatives、績效與數據，並將專業及技術資訊轉化為適合內外部溝通及揭露之內容。
Coordinate with CSRC and Cross-functional Teams
Work closely with CSRC teams and relevant functions, including EHS, HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and brand teams, to understand ESG initiatives, performance, and data and translate technical information into clear and meaningful disclosures.
3. ESG 資料品質與判斷
檢視 ESG 資訊及數據之合理性、一致性及可追溯性；主動辨識資訊缺口、異常及潛在風險，並與相關單位進行確認、改善及必要之後續追蹤。
Ensure ESG Data Quality and Integrity
Review ESG information and data for reasonableness, consistency, and traceability. Proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks and work with relevant teams to resolve and follow up on identified issues.
4. 國際永續標準與利害關係人需求
掌握重要國際永續揭露標準及發展趨勢，包括 GRI、ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2、CSRD/ESRS 等，評估其對集團之適用性及影響，並協助回應客戶及其他利害關係人之 ESG 資訊需求。
Monitor ESG Standards and Stakeholder Requirements
Monitor key sustainability reporting standards and developments, including GRI, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, and CSRD/ESRS; assess their relevance and implications for the Group; and support responses to ESG-related requests from customers and other stakeholders.
5. 品牌 ESG Reporting 發展
因應集團發展及客戶需求，協助規劃品牌層級之 ESG reporting framework，整合集團既有 ESG 資訊與品牌相關議題，逐步建立適合不同 stakeholder 需求之揭露內容。
Develop Brand-level ESG Reporting
Support the development of ESG reporting frameworks and disclosures for the Group’s consumer brands, integrating Group-level sustainability performance with brand-specific priorities and stakeholder expectations.
6. ESG 管理機制與決策支援
協助持續改善集團 ESG 資訊管理、資料蒐集及跨部門協作機制，並就重要 ESG 議題提供管理階層分析與具體建議。
Support ESG Management and Decision-making
Help strengthen ESG information management, data collection, and internal coordination processes, and provide management with analysis and practical recommendations on key sustainability matters.
