我們正在擴編 Customer Engineering 團隊，招募 Forward Deployed Engineer（FDE）。這是一個兼具工程深度與客戶協作的技術角色，負責讓 AI 平台能夠在企業環境中穩定運行、持續擴展，並隨著實際使用情境不斷優化。

▍職務定位(Role Overview)
-作為 Forward Deployed Engineer（FDE），直接參與企業級 AI 平台在客戶環境中的部署、整合與落地。
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will directly participate in the deployment, integration, and landing of enterprise-grade AI platforms within client environments.

-深入客戶的 On-premises、Cloud 或 Hybrid 架構，確保產品能夠穩定運行並具備擴展能力。
Dive into clients' On-premises, Cloud, or Hybrid architectures to ensure our products run stably and scale effectively.

-擔任客戶與內部 RD、PM、Product 團隊之間的技術橋樑。
Serve as a technical bridge between clients and internal RD, PM, and Product teams.

-理解客戶的實際應用情境，將現場需求與技術問題轉化為可執行的產品改善方向。
Understand real-world customer usage scenarios, translating field requirements and technical challenges into actionable product enhancements.

-協助日本市場客戶完成 AI 應用導入，建立可持續維運與擴展的技術架構。
Help Japan-based clients onboard AI applications, establishing technical architectures that are sustainable, maintainable, and scalable.

▍主要工作內容(Key Responsibilities)
-與客戶的 IT、Infrastructure、Security 與 RD 團隊協作，完成 AI 平台的部署及架構整合。
Collaborate with client IT, Infrastructure, Security, and RD teams to complete AI platform deployments and system architecture integrations.

• 負責系統安裝、環境設定、版本升級、驗證與效能優化。

Responsible for system installation, environment configuration, version upgrades, validation, and performance tuning.

• 確保產品能在不同客戶基礎設施與安全規範下穩定運作。

Ensure products run reliably under diverse client infrastructure setups and strict security specifications.

• 分析系統 Log、資源使用率、網路拓撲、Container 狀態與服務相依關係，定位並解決技術問題。

Analyze system logs, resource utilization, network topologies, container statuses, and service dependencies to pinpoint and resolve technical issues.

• 協助排查 AI Agent、LLM 應用及企業系統整合過程中的異常與效能瓶頸。

Assist in troubleshooting anomalies and performance bottlenecks during the integration of AI Agents, LLM applications, and enterprise systems.

• 參與客戶環境的架構設計與技術建議，包含 GPU、Container、Network、Storage 與權限設計。

Participate in client-side architecture design and technical recommendations, covering GPUs, Containers, Networks, Storage, and permissions management.

• 將客戶端觀察、使用回饋與技術挑戰整理並回饋至內部團隊，協助產品持續優化。

Consolidate client observations, feedback, and technical challenges to share with internal teams, driving continuous product improvement.

• 撰寫與維護部署指南、系統架構文件、故障排除手冊及最佳實踐。

Write and maintain deployment guides, system architecture documents, troubleshooting runbooks, and best practices.

• 支援重大產品功能上線、版本發布與關鍵客戶應用場景落地。

Support major product feature releases, version updates, and critical customer application rollouts.
