前端工程師 Mid / Senior Level - AI-Assisted Frontend Engineer (React, TypeScript)

[Job Description]

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI-Assisted Frontend Engineer to join our startup team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in TypeScript and React and is experienced in using AI coding agents as part of their software development workflow.

You will work closely with frontend, backend, and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain web and Electron-based applications, integrate backend APIs, and continuously improve product quality and user experience.

[Responsibilities]

1. Leverage AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor for implementation, testing, debugging, and refactoring.

2. Apply agentic development workflows, including Skills, Commands, Agents, Harnesses, and iterative development loops.

3. Validate and review AI-generated code through testing, code review, static analysis, and engineering best practices.

4. Develop and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript and React.
Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend components.

5. Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and work closely with backend engineers.
Develop and maintain Electron-based applications when required.

6. Ensure frontend quality, performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

7. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and debugging.

8. Collaborate with designers and other engineers to deliver high-quality product features.

[Qualifications]

・1+ year of experience with AI-assisted software development using tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
・Experience using AI agents for software implementation and understanding how to validate and verify AI-generated code.
・2+ years of experience in frontend software development.
・Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, especially React.
・Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
・Experience with RESTful API integration and frontend-backend communication.
・Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices, including testing and code review.
・Understanding of frontend state management and component architecture.
・Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
・Good communication and collaboration skills.
