1.Perform wafer bump process monitoring and defect analysis to improve production yield.
2.Maintain and optimize equipment recipes/programs to ensure stable manufacturing quality.
3.Support process improvement activities and new process development.

【Product Engineer】
1.Handle held lots and assist in preliminary analysis of abnormal products.
2.Support production line troubleshooting and issue tracking.
3.Assist customer engineering requests and provide technical support.

【Equipment Engineer】
1.Perform equipment troubleshooting and repair to maintain normal operation.
2.Execute preventive maintenance and routine equipment servicing.
3.Analyze equipment abnormalities and assist in corrective actions.
4.Support tooling and fixture replacement and equipment setup.
