Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with on-call responsibilities

Salary: $61,600-$63,600 per year

We will provide paid certification training for candidates who meet the state's minimum qualifications to invest in your professional growth. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for the residents in our community homes. You'll go beyond just ensuring compliance; you'll mentor a team of direct care staff and make a tangible difference in the quality of life for the individuals we serve.
