工作內容：
*需輪班(四三輪)*
*日夜班輪班頻率依各單位略有不同*
確保廠務系統（如 HVAC、電力、機電、給排水）的穩定運作與維護
規劃並協調各項 建設、擴建、汰換與維修專案，確保如期並在預算內完成
建立與執行 安全管理程序，保障全體員工有安全的工作環境
與跨部門合作，了解需求並提出有效的廠務解決方案
定期執行 廠務系統巡檢、稽核，確保符合法規（地方 / 中央 / 安全規範）
管理廠商與供應商，確保品質、時程與成本效率
運用專案管理技能，推動廠務系統升級與改善專案

In your role as a Facility Engineer at Micron, you will:
Ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Plan and coordinate construction, renovations, and maintenance projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and put into action rigorous safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine facility requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Apply proven project management skills to successfully implement facility upgrades and improvements.
