QMS Assistant manager
The QMS Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning and daily operations of the company’s Quality Management System. The core mission includes maintaining ISO 9001 certification, leading customer audits, implementing quality core tools (FMEA, SPC, Control Plan), and driving the digital integration of quality modules within ERP and MES systems. Additionally, this role oversees supplier management and change control, striving to enhance quality awareness and foster a robust quality culture across the organization.
System Maintenance: Establish, implement, and maintain a QMS compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
External Audits: Act as the primary liaison for customer audits and third-party certification bodies to ensure the acquisition and maintenance of certifications.
Internal Audits: Plan and execute annual internal audits; track the progress of non-conformance improvements and drive continuous system optimization.
Core Tools: Lead the implementation and application of Control Plan, FMEA, and SPC.
Change Management: Strictly oversee Management of Change (MOC) for products and processes, assessing risks to ensure product consistency and stability.
System Implementation: Oversee the planning, process design, and implementation of quality-related modules within ERP and MES systems.
Supplier Management: Conduct supplier evaluations and regular audits; monitor supplier quality performance and drive improvements across the supply chain.
Culture Promotion: Plan and implement company-wide quality awareness training to integrate quality principles into daily operations and enhance overall staff competency.
