QPFS0027- Senior Manager - Corporate Services Film Studios
Role Purpose
Lead and oversee corporate enablement services for the Film Studio asset within a lean OpCo structure, ensuring effective coordination across HR, procurement, IT, legal coordination, administration, and communications through a mix of asset-level ownership and centralized/group support. The role is responsible for establishing scalable governance, delegated authority discipline, activation readiness, and business continuity to support phased mobilization and steady-state operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all corporate enablement activities supporting the Film Studio asset during setup, activation, and operational phases.
- Act as the asset-level integrator for HR, procurement, IT, legal coordination, administration, and communications support within a lean OpCo model.
- Serve as the primary interface between the Film Studio and centralized/group support functions, ensuring timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Establish and maintain governance processes, operating procedures, service standards, and approval workflows across support functions.
- Drive delegated authority compliance, documentation discipline, and escalation protocols across operational and support activities.
- Coordinate activation readiness plans, mobilization checklists, and service cutover requirements ahead of key operational milestones.
- Support development-to-operator handover of corporate services dependencies, including systems, vendors, records, access, and operating procedures.
- Oversee workforce activation, onboarding readiness, and cross-functional mobilization activities.
- Develop service delivery tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and performance reporting for leadership.
- Monitor operational risks, escalations, audit readiness, and business continuity requirements.
- Support annual budgeting, staff cost planning, and operational expenditure coordination across support functions.
- Oversee third-party support vendors and service providers to ensure compliance, responsiveness, and operational continuity.
- Coordinate implementation of policies, procedures, controls, and governance requirements across the asset.
- Support setup and stabilization of internal administrative and operational systems required for launch and early operations.
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure support services remain aligned with the Film Studio operating model and evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in corporate services, operations support, administration, or asset-level enablement roles.
- Experience supporting activation-stage assets, entertainment, hospitality, real estate, or other complex operating environments preferred.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with centralized/shared service functions and managing governance-driven support models is preferred.
