QS supervisor

What you´ll do Own and maintain the site QMS in alignment with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001; IATF 16949/ISO 27001/ AS9100, etc. as applicable). Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and improved across functions, including internal audit, management review, continuous improvement, etc. Responsible for customer and 3rd-party audit, coordinating with related functions in Henkel and follow up for findings correction. Owner of implementation of CtQ (Critical to Quality standards) in site, focus on global standard transfer in site production line. Manage site document control processes in HIMDOC system, from creation to regular review. Responsible for site quality culture establish, regularly workshops for production operators and yearly organization of quality month and World quality days. Manage the quality training system: training matrix, onboarding, refresher training, and competency evaluation. Other works assigned by site quality manager.
