About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management
solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda,
Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client SPIRO, we are looking for a skilled and competent Regional Trade Marketing executive to work on site.
Location: Kampala,
Central, Eastern, Northern, Western, North-western
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Execute POSM deployment, dealership
branding, swap station visibility, and outdoor advertising within your assigned
region.
· Conduct frequent field visits to audit
brand presence, monitor trade activities, and submit detailed reports to the
Trade Marketing Manager.
· Drive on-ground activations including
rider engagements, dealer events, and boda-boda stage campaigns.
· Collaborate with the regional sales
team to identify and onboard fleet operators, corporate partners, and
independent riders.
· Manage local vendors, installers, and
fabricators to ensure timely and quality delivery of trade assets.
Required Experience
and Qualifications
· 1–3 years' experience in Trade
Marketing, Field Sales, or Retail Execution (FMCG, telecom, energy, or
automotive sectors preferred).
· Deep understanding of the Ugandan
market; knowledge of your assigned region is a strong advantage.
· Strong organizational skills,
attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple field projects
independently.
· Excellent communication and reporting
skills.
· Must be based in or willing to
relocate to the assigned region.
