As a Brokerage Qualifications Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in upholding carrier compliance, safety, and reliability within our network.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm


Essential Job Functions

  • Reviews and assesses carrier qualifications, including insurance certificates, safety ratings, operating authority, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Verifies and maintains accurate carrier documents, such as permits, licenses, and insurance, to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
  • Accurately inputs and updates carrier information and documentation in our database systems.
  • Approves or rejects carriers based on qualifications.
  • Notifies carriers of pending expiration of insurance or contracts.
  • Handles telephone traffic in order to maximize effective use of broker-carrier truck availability.
  • Handles check calls and advance requests from drivers and dispatchers in accordance with established policy.


Requirements

  • One year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge and experience with operating a computer, calculator, and other general office equipment.
  • Use professional and clear verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced, changing environment and maintain a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
