Perform QA process in in collection & recovery groups

Analyzing & identifying control weaknesses of the process in collection & recovery groups

Giving recommendation for process improvement and monitoring follow up action.

Reporting result of QA Process

Perform Control effectiveness testing (CET) for RCSA

Supporting in audit preparation & engagement for Internal/external/regulatory Audit (OJK/BI)

Bachelor degree (S1) – Any Major, finance/Accounting would be an advantage

Having Experience in banking/financial industry min 3 years

Having Knowledge of Collection / Consumer Credit processes

Good analytical skil

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to work independently
