Quality Analyst

• Minimum 3 months of calling experience in any campaign in an international program.

• Good verbal & written communication skills.

• Good listening skill (To audit calls) and typing skills (To document the feedback).

• Graduation is must.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT.

• This is a Day Shift Role (Shift Timings – 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
