The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Quality Analyst will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and business requirements. The role includes complaint Management, Document Control, Quality Project Management, Commercial Quality Activities and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Reporting to Quality Manager India, you will be responsible for the Solventum / KCI IN to –
- Support business team in resolving customer complaints. This could include training team members on the procedures and tool (CQ or other), interacting with customers, gathering feedback, and addressing their complaints.
- Monitor, review and support change management of compliance requirements.
- Manage the complete document lifecycle including creation, review, approval, revision, archival, and obsolescence.
- Support QMS, GDP, and quality system training activities.
- Ensure WH processes comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Support overall quality function as informed by supervisor.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience & Skills
- 6-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems within regulated industries.
- Experience in customer complaints, PMS or equivalent, Document Control, and Commercial Quality activities.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written) communication.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Preferred ISO 13485 Certified Professional.
Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)
Travel - 20-30%
