Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support AI language data projects by ensuring the quality of annotation, transcription, and linguistic deliverables. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, and linguists to review project guidelines, resolve quality-related queries, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
Work Mode: Work fromOffice (Bangalore - Domlur)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality audits and reviews of annotation, transcription, and linguistic tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, interpret guidelines, and resolve quality-related issues.
- Review and validate annotation guidelines, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor quality metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with project teams to maintain consistency and accuracy across deliverables.
- Support projects involving ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), Transcription, Speech Annotation, and NLP.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance for AI data annotation, language services, speech technology, or localization projects.
- Experience working with annotation guidelines, quality frameworks, and client-facing quality reviews.
- Familiarity with ASR, TTS, Transcription, Speech Annotation, and NLP projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLM or Generative AI projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
