How you’ll contribute:
As a Registered Nurse Quality Analyst, you will support performance improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing clinical data, identifying trends, and helping ensure compliance with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Collect, review, and analyze clinical data to identify trends and quality opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations that communicate quality outcomes and improvement priorities.
Partner with physicians, clinical teams, and informatics to improve care processes, documentation, and compliance.
Support performance improvement initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements and evidence-based standards.
Educate staff on quality measures, regulatory updates, and performance improvement practices.
Participate in quality meetings, committee presentations, and new employee orientation.
Monitor departmental compliance and support operational needs, including budgets, contracts, vendors, and supplies.
Assess patient care quality and coordinate with care teams to support safe, effective outcomes.
Provide direct patient care when needed.
Job Requirements
Associate degree required and bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
Minimum Work Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years diverse clinical practice in an acute care environment required.
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
