The Quality and Compliance Analyst coordinates agency-wide data collection reporting needs in accordance with clinical standards and expectations, agency policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Establishes systems to ensure the integrity of data input and reporting.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location:
Larkspur, CA with occasional travel to our Pleasanton, CA and San Mateo, CA Offices

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Participates in quality improvement activities including complaint resolution, unusual occurrence review, audits, survey preparation, performance improvement projects and other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager or Director of Quality
- Provides project management oversight to key projects as assigned
- Administrator for the policy management system
- Works collaboratively with department managers, clinical supervisors, and staff, to promote a data-driven organizational environment, involving identification and maintenance of a key data set and development of appropriate tools to utilize, collect and report data
- Works with Informatics to establish operational procedures for obtaining reports on utilization review, regulatory compliance, and quality of care data
- Compiles and reports quality data to ensure compliance with ongoing QAPI program benchmarking requirements
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field
- 2-3 years operation and/or clinical experience within a health care organization. Experience should include work in health care quality, risk management or utilization
- Experience with documentation auditing in electronic health records; preferably with EPIC
Pay Range:
$36.00 - $40.00 hourly
