Quality and Production Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality and Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have a strong commitment to quality and production excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality. - Conduct regular inspections and tests on products and processes to identify areas for improvement. - Analyze production data and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Work closely with engineering teams to implement design changes that enhance product quality. - Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and production processes.
