Quality Animator

Job Purpose
As our Quality Animator, you'll work where products and operations come together, ensuring every step of the journey reflects the craftsmanship, excellence, and attention to detail that make us unique. You'll identify risks before they become issues, transform lessons learned into better ways of working, and inspire those around you to embrace a culture of quality. Your impact goes beyond compliance, helping ensure that every customer receives an exceptional product.

General Role
● Quality control and inspection

• Inspect complex cases for returned and damaged products and determining the best next step, whether that's returning them to sellable stock, routing them for destruction, or finding another appropriate solution.
• Partner closely with the Aftersales team to perform quality checks on returned products and ensure every item meets our exceptional standards.
• Keep a sharp eye for detail and make sure our products consistently meet quality requirements.
• Investigate anomalies, identify root causes, and help prevent issues from happening again.

● Supplier and Vendor Quality Management

• Build strong relationships with our external partners and work together to address quality concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Develop and deliver quality training when needed, helping partners understand and uphold our standards.
• Monitor supplier and vendor quality performance and proactively drive continuous improvement.
• Track distribution quality incidents from initial investigation through to final resolution, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate quality results clearly, turning insights into actions that make a real impact.

● Compliance and Documentation

• Create and maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, CAPA documentation, and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) records.
• Support internal and external audits and help ensure the operation is always audit-ready.
• Contribute to a culture where quality processes are well documented, effective, and continuously evolving.

● Data Analysis and reporting

• Monitor key quality indicators, such as defect rates and operational trends, to understand where we are and where we can improve.
• Transform data into meaningful insights and present your findings to management in a clear and engaging way.
• Spot patterns, identify opportunities, and recommend actions that elevate quality and operational excellence.
• Lead and support warehouse improvement projects that enhance customer experience, efficiency, productivity, and quality performance.
• Challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help build better processes for the future.
