Quality Assurance Analyst
360training is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing 360training.com’s online training courses to ensure minimum functionality and end-user experience standards are met. Testing would include verification of content, audio, images, course layout, and course configuration functionality. The QA Analyst position requires documentation of all errors and regression testing to ensure errors are fixed/ addressed appropriately.
Responsibilities
  • Execute functional tests, verification/regression, and mobile tests according to QA Testing Plan
  • Review developed courses against approved outlines, manuscripts, audio scripts, assessments, and activity/animation scripts.
  • Verify course content accuracy, flow, consistency, formatting, and functionality.
  • Test course navigation, links, interactions, audio/video, assessments, and other course components.
  • Document QA findings clearly and track identified issues through resolution and retesting.
  • Review the overall course for a smooth and consistent learner experience.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues or blockers that may impact course quality or release timelines.
  • Prioritize QA activities to support critical projects and scheduled production releases.
  • Create course submission documents, timed outlines, and other required supporting documentation.
Qualifications
  • O/A Level education or a bachelor’s degree; English or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in QA, content review, writing/editing, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of web-based training and e-learning.
  • Understanding of quality assurance within the development process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, preferably US English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
