Summary
Entry-level QA analyst performing manual and low-code automated testing on the Infor Pathway enterprise product in an Agile/Scrum team, using JIRA and collaborating with developers and product managers.
The Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate will support the Infor Pathway product by helping ensure the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications that meet the evolving needs of our global customers. This role focuses primarily on manual and functional testing, while also leveraging low-code automation to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Working closely with developers, product managers, and customer success teams, the AQA will validate application functionality, usability, performance, and reliability to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.
- Perform manual and no/low code automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications.
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand application use cases, industry-specific workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment.
- Monitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the enhancement of QA best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Exposure to Manual Testing through internship experience, academic projects, or coursework, with an understanding of test case creation, defect reporting, and functional validation.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document test cases, test results, and defects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exposure to software quality assurance through internships, academic projects, or coursework, preferably involving enterprise applications or cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with test automation concepts, low-code automation platforms, or scripting languages through academic projects, personal projects, or internship experience.
- Experience using or exposure to test automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data validation techniques for verifying application functionality and data integrity.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar platforms.
