The Role

We're looking for a QA Analyst to ensure the quality, accuracy, and functionality of eLearning solutions, including web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), and mobile learning content. In this role, you'll perform manual and basic automated testing to confirm compliance with industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and project requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content, covering functionality, design consistency, and user experience

  • Conduct manual and basic automated testing of WBT, ILT, and mobile learning courses

  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as SCORM, AICC, and WCAG/Section 508

  • Validate content across different Learning Management Systems (LMS) for compatibility and functionality

  • Identify, document, and report defects using tools like Jira or other defect-tracking software

  • Support accessibility testing to confirm courses meet inclusion standards

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in eLearning QA or software testing

  • Proficiency in eLearning standards like SCORM, AICC, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG/Section 508)

  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate

  • Familiarity with QA tools like Jira and test automation platforms

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving aptitude

  • Certification in QA or testing tools (ISTQB or similar) is preferred but not required

  • English fluency and strong communication skills required
