Quality Assurance Analyst

Build and run a new QA framework for a fintech client, testing private/corporate clients, analyzing AML/KYC compliance, and reporting quality gaps.
Job Description:
We are seeking two Quality Assurance Analysts to enhance our client’s Quality Assurance Team in a dynamic environment. This role is focused on developing quality standards, conducting tests, and improving onboarding processes for private and corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Be a part of the pioneer group building the new quality assurance framework.
Perform quality assurance on private and corporate clients.
Produce monthly reports containing quality assurance results and associated metrics.
Establish QA knowledge within the team on quality assurance processes.
Provide insights into quality gaps identified during the QA process.
Develop recommendations for improvement in compliance with Anti Money Laundering policies.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record within quality assurance.
Strong background in AML and KYC.
Experience with QA tools and concepts.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail.
Preferably certified in CAMS/ACAMS, ICA or similar.
Experience with private, corporate, and/or institutional client segments.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and oral.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months + option
Workload: Full-time
Location: Onsite in Amsterdam at least 4 days per week with the option for remote work
